Robert J. Gavin, Associate
Robert J. Gavin joined Shifman & Carlson, P.C. as a law clerk in 2008, becoming an associate in 2009. Through his work at the firm, Mr. Gavin has gained substantial experience representing municipalities and educational bodies on issues including bond issues, litigation, contract negotiations, real estate sales and acquisition and property tax appeals and representing individuals and estates in probate and estate planning.
Mr. Gavin earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, and his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
