John A. Carlson
     
     

JOHN A. CARLSON joined the firm in 1977, after serving as a prehearing attorney and law clerk in the Michigan Court of Appeals. Mr. Carlson obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota as well as his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude. Mr. Carlson is currently the appointed City Attorney for the City of Oak Park.

His broad expertise in the areas of municipal, school and other public sector law includes qualification as bond counsel. Mr. Carlson has also gained substantial experience in real estate transactions, the drafting of wills and trusts, and probating estates.
